Executive Summary

Annette Surtees is an accomplished senior HR Executive with more than 25 years of diverse industry experience. She has held senior management positions in high tech companies – from start-ups to Fortune 200 organizations. Her international experience encompasses managing HR programs in over 30 countries including Europe and the Far East. Her primary focus has been designing and implementing strategic initiatives in support of overall business objectives.

Annette's career has included 10 years at Seagate Technology, 6 of which she served as Vice President HR for Corporate, Americas and Europe. Seagate was a $9 billion Fortune 200 data technology company with over 100,000 employees globally. As Vice President, HR for Portal Software, Annette served on Executive Committee and was responsible for HR worldwide. She was integral in successfully bringing this startup to IPO in May of 1999.

Annette's experience crosses all spectrums includes dealing with explosive growth and change to include leading numerous M&A teams and responsible for full integration and reorganization. She has a complete understanding of business drivers and the ability to measure against those drivers. An innovative "change agent" who is a highly articulate and collaborative executive team member. Successfully started up numerous offices and factories worldwide.
